As well as weekly lets, we also cater for weekends & short stays for a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Terms
A deposit of 25%, with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival date. Please make cheques payable to "Steven Dalton" 11 Affric Avenue, Scone, Perth PH2 6SH.

 

Good Housekeeping
In order for us to maintain the high standards that you come to expect from a 4 Star Luxury Accommodation, we do ask that a "cash" deposit of £50 be made on your arrival which will be refunded back to you by post or by alternative arrangement within 7/10 working days provided all is found to be in order. We will advise you by email or telephone should there be any aspect of the property other than reasonable wear & tear that requires our attention. We understand accidents do and will happen, which will of course be taken into consideration upon our inspection. These guidelines are intended to safeguard and maintain the accommodation to a high level of standard which will allow full enjoyment to all our Guests.

 

*Easter, Christmas & New Year are charged at peak rates.
